Avenir Telecom, the exclusive licensee for Energizer® mobile phones and accessories worldwide, announced the launch of its long-lasting Energizer phones in Vietnam, through its new exclusive distribution partner - SmartCom. The Group has been focusing on expanding its presence in Asia and is doing so by partnering with recognized distributors to enter new countries.
“Our entry into the Vietnamese market is an important step in the growth of Energizer Mobile in South East Asia as we introduce our products to a strategic market for us” said Ravichander KS, Energizer Mobile Executive Sales Director for Asia. “We’re bringing a custom selection of devices to cover the needs of the Vietnamese consumers. Among them are 6,000mAh-battery smartphones, rugged devices and KaiOS-powered feature phones; all sold at affordable price points” added Ravichander KS.
Energizer Mobile and SmartCom together held an event last Friday in Ho Chi Minh City to introduce the range of long-lasting phones to over 100 journalists and retailers. They got the opportunity to test six models selected to launch in Vietnam.
